Lila had imagined the change to the comprehensive school differently! She and her best friend Benno are not in the same class, because Benno has to skip a year. And why has he been behaving so strangely since they started at the new school?

But when her class teacher announces an art competition with the theme ‘All the colours of the neighbourhood’, creative Lila is eager to get involved. Together with her taciturn classmate Yu, she wants to sew the ‘All Colours Shirt’ entirely from fabric scraps that they collect from local shops. But shortly before the final presentation, the finished patchwork shirt has disappeared! What now? Lila has to come up with something…
