Christine Ziegler was born in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 1971. After her A-levels she studied Restoration Sciences and worked in various museums. She is fascinated by the field of tension between the past and the future. Today she writes and lives near Munich with her family, which includes an excessive computer gamer, and two chatty cats near Munich. She is frequently found out and about, listening to people, animals or things. That’s how her stories are developed; telling of loss, neglect and the courage to embrace change.
