Raffaela Schöbitz is a freelance illustrator and author from Vienna. Her graphic novel The Blissful Islands appeared as part of the five-volume debut novel People are Sitting at the Edge of the World Laughing (Suhrkamp Verlag, 2018). In addition to graphic novels, she mainly illustrates children’s books, but also record covers or illustrations for magazines.
